Return Process

  Once approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for our returns warehouse.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all accessories and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  Inspection and Refund
